1. This machine adopts a feeding leveling method and is suitable for unwinding and leveling metal materials with a thickness of 0.3-2.0mm. It integrates the functions of material rack and leveling machine, and is easy to operate and use. It reduces the transitional links in the precision material straightening process and can maximize the use characteristics of the equipment;

The material rack and leveling machine head are controlled separately by the same independent external electrical box, and each uses a frequency converter to achieve single machine synchronization, smooth operation, and more effective protection of equipment stability, so that it will not be affected by external forces during operation, causing distortion and deformation of the processed materials;

3. The material rack is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation and photoelectric control for unwinding to prevent damage caused by material surface contact;

4. Leveling is synchronized with vertical transmission to avoid surface scratches and pressure marks on the material;

5. Leveling and discharging photoelectric control to ensure sufficient waiting area and complete matching of feeding, achieving the requirements of automated production;

6. The function of the lubrication system is to extend the service life of the machine;
